Academic Requirements
It is required that you complete the IB Certificate, with SL5 in Mathematics AND Physics, for admission to Foundation studies in Business/Computer Science/ Economics and Finance/ Education/ Humanities/ Law/ Social Sciences.
English Requirements
Brunel University London Pathway College uses English as the language of instruction. It is necessary for you to demonstrate a suitable level of English proficiency if you wish to apply for either undergraduate or postgraduate pathways. The results shown in the table below can help you do this.
IELTS Requirements- Need 5.5 overall with no bands below 5.5 (Reading 5.5, Listening 5.5, Speaking 5.5, Writing 5.5)
TOEFL Requirements- Need 71 overall (Reading 18, Listening 17, Speaking 20, Writing 17)
PTE Requirements- Need 59 overall with no bands below 59
Tuition Fee
A 50% tuition fee deposit is required for first year and foundation students before they register at Brunel University London Pathway College and the University.Prior to registering at the College and Brunel University London, pre-Masters students must pay the full tuition course fee.
For an entry visa under the Student Route, you must be able to afford living expenses for the duration of your course (6 months for UG or 3 months for PG). Once their Admissions Team has reviewed your application and any supporting materials, they will evaluate it in light of the criteria for admission and extend an offer of admission. Within 2 business days, you should hear back about the status of your application. If your grades aren’t up to snuff, you may have to wait longer for a decision or even appeal to the University’s Academic Board.
Please send the required materials to their Admissions Team as soon as possible if you receive a conditional offer letter. Good news: please fill out and send us the acceptance form if you’ve been made a full-and-final offer. A deposit equal to the amount of your tuition specified in your letter of acceptance must also be submitted. In order to apply for a student visa, you will need a Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) letter, which they will issue once they have received payment.
After you have completed the acceptance form and paid the deposit, you will be sent a provisional CAS letter. Q: How do I get my provisional CAS letter? A: First, you must obtain an unconditional offer letter.
