Services for International Students
All international students at Queen’s University Belfast receive extensive pre-departure support. The program includes a free airport pick-up service for students traveling from the airport.
International orientation is also held at the University at the beginning of each term to ensure that students receive the full benefits of living on campus. The university’s students keep the health and safety service up to date and promote it as much as possible.

Services for International Students
Queen’s University Belfast offers excellent accommodation facilities. They are still accepting accommodation requests from Queen’s students (first-year/returning, UG/PG) for 2020-2023) – click ‘APPLY NOW’ to submit your request. This is the best accommodation if you like the tranquility and beautiful surroundings of the city but want to be closer to the action and all the things to see and do.
A short 15-minute walk from Queen’s main campus (0.9mi), you will find a vibrant city-center nightlife, popular restaurants, and supermarkets close by. Located in the heart of Belfast, you’ll be surrounded by some of the city’s best independent coffee shops. The closest supermarkets include Spar, Centra, and Tesco Express, while Victoria Square (0.5mi), one of the city’s main retail hubs, is a 10-minute walk away.

You should study hard to earn your degree, but you should also take time to relax – and the INTO Queen’s campus offers the perfect balance. Besides study areas, a bank, a post office, as well as restaurants, bars, and sports courts, you’ll be just 15-20 minutes away from Belfast city center.

Entry Requirement
Queen’s University will accept the IELTS Academic (both the SELT and non-SELT) and TOEFL internet-based tests for direct admission to undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes.

Tuition Fee
The tuition fees and living expenses at Queen’s are lower than those of many well-regarded British universities. Your tuition charges will vary depending on your choice of course and level of study.
For undergraduate, postgraduate taught, and postgraduate research students, tuition fees are based on the student’s first year of registration. Exceptions to the standard fees are listed separately.
Students from other EU countries (excluding Republic of Ireland nationals who live in Great Britain, Northern Ireland or ROI) will be charged tuition fees in accordance with international rates.

Scholarship
Queen’s University is currently going through a £700 million development, spending £350 million on improving facilities. In addition to offering our students generous scholarships to their INTO Queen’s programs and when they go to the University, they also offer a variety of other scholarships.
The Queen’s Family Scholarship
Queen’s Family Scholarships offer a 20% discount on first-year gross tuition fees to students who have been assessed as paying international tuition fees and are children or siblings of Queen’s alumni or current Queen’s University Belfast students.
Great scholarship:
During the 2023-24 academic year, they are offering one £10,000 scholarship towards tuition fees for a one-year master’s programme to students from China.
